- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir in the parsley.
- Serve warm over pasta or rice.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, reduce the heavy cream by half.
- Great served with steamed vegetables.
