Instructions
- Season the steak medallions with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak medallions and sear on both sides until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and garlic powder, stirring to combine and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked steak back into the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- This dish pairs well with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
