Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then add them to the skillet.

- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms and garlic; sauté until mushrooms are tender.
- Add the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and thyme, then return the chicken to the skillet.
- Cook on low for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot over rice or pasta.
