- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat them with the herb butter mixture.
- Pour heavy cream over the chicken and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the herb butter for a few hours.
- This dish pairs well with rice or a fresh salad.
