- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, and granulated sugar to form the crust.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until set.
- Allow to cool, then slice into bars and serve.

- Chill in the refrigerator for a firmer texture.
- Try adding fresh berries on top for a decorative touch.
