Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then cook until golden brown.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and orzo to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, and half of the parmesan cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with remaining parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the orzo is tender and creamy.
