- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cups shell pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water as per package instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the nacho cheese sauce and heavy cream, stirring until well combined.
- Fold in the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until combined and heated through.
- Top with diced tomatoes and jalapeños before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add fresh cilantro as a garnish.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer jalapeños.
