- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy.
- Remove bacon and sauté mushrooms in the same skillet.
- In a baking dish, place chicken breasts and season with garlic and onion powder.
- Top chicken with sautéed mushrooms and crispy turkey bacon.
- Pour heavy cream over the chicken and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
- For added flavor, marinate chicken in spices overnight.
