- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana, Greek yogurt, and honey.
- Add the ice cubes and blend on high until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a vegan version, omit the Greek yogurt or use a plant-based yogurt.
- Add spinach or kale for a green smoothie twist.
