Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream with half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Layer the potato mixture in a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over it.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
