- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, shrimp, crab meat, green onions, and celery.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor development.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or corn for added crunch.
