- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to not overstuff the chicken.
- Serve with a side of vegetables for a complete meal.
