Instructions

- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; stir well.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked fettuccine and bacon, tossing to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
