- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add cherry tomatoes and spinach.
- Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and let simmer until chicken is cooked through.
- Top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in Italian dressing before cooking.
- Serve over pasta or rice for a complete meal.
