- 1 pound chicken breast
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can (14 oz) sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides.
- Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the chicken.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking until spinach wilts.
- Stir in the crispy turkey bacon before serving.

- Serve over pasta or rice for a complete meal.
- Feel free to add other vegetables such as mushrooms or bell peppers.
