- 4 chicken thighs

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil and all dry seasonings.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 185°F (85°C).
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
