Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix hot honey, lemon juice, and crumbled feta cheese to create a marinade.
- Coat the chicken cutlets in the marinade and let them sit for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip the marinated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture to coat thoroughly.
- Place the coated chicken cutlets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cutlets.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
