- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, feta cheese, hot honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken cutlets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until crispy and cooked through.
- Drizzle extra hot honey on top before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
