- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
Instructions
- In one bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken strip first into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Combine mayonnaise and Sriracha to make the spicy mayo.
- Serve the crispy chicken strips hot with spicy mayo on the side.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double dip the chicken in the egg and breadcrumbs.
- Adjust the amount of Sriracha in the mayo to your spice preference.
