- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 20 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground pork over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Remove the filling from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Place a tablespoon of filling onto each egg roll wrapper. Roll carefully and seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
