- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet, then layer it with cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, bell peppers, and onions.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve hot.
