Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut zucchini into fry shapes.

- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip zucchini pieces into the egg mixture, then coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange zucchini fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
