- 2 pounds potatoes
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and dice the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, turning once halfway.
- While the potatoes are baking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and crumble the turkey bacon on top.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra crispiness, broil the potatoes for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end.
