- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, chopped shrimp, green onions, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Take a spring roll wrapper and place a small amount of the mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the puffs until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
- These puffs can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying.
