- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix sour cream and onion soup mix.
- Coat each chicken breast in the sour cream mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Wrap each chicken breast with turkey bacon.
- Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crunch, broil for the last few minutes of cooking.
- Can substitute regular bacon if preferred.
