- 1 pound ground turkey
- ½ cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, crumbled turkey bacon, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form mixture into meatballs and place them in the Crock Pot.
- In a separate bowl, mix beef broth and onion soup mix. Pour over the meatballs in the Crock Pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top of meatballs during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs like thyme or rosemary to the meat mixture.
- These meatballs pair well with mashed potatoes or crusty bread.
