- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups uncooked pasta shells
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- In the crockpot, combine the cooked beef, ranch dressing mix, uncooked pasta shells, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the pasta is tender.
- Once the pasta is cooked, add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
Notes
- For a little kick, add diced jalapeños or peppers.
- You can also use ground turkey or chicken as a substitute for beef.
