Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks and return it to the slow cooker.
  5. Add the fettuccine and Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on high for another 30 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.

  • If you want a more indulgent dish, substitute half of the heavy cream with cream cheese.
