Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cold water gradually and mix until smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Dip each marshmallow into the batter and carefully place them in the hot oil.
- Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
