- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound beef sausage
- 1 cup turkey pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 jar pizza sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and beef sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in the turkey pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and half of the pizza sauce. Mix well.
- Spread the ricotta cheese on the bottom of the pizza crust.
- Layer the meat mixture over the ricotta cheese.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and the remaining pizza sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped vegetables to the meat mixture.
- Let the pie sit for a few minutes to firm up before serving.
