- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup diced dill pickles
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced dill pickles, and diced red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to combine.
- Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add chopped celery.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce or as a sandwich.
