- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup red onion, diced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, dill pickles, turkey bacon, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Add more or less pickle juice according to your taste preferences.
- For a healthier version, substitute regular mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
