  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. In a separate small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
  6. Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan, sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture on top, pour the remaining batter, and finish with the remaining topping.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing.
