Ingredients

  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, basil, parsley, and garlic powder until combined.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Layer half of the dumplings, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, and then half of the mozzarella.
  5. Repeat the layers, finishing with marinara sauce on top, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
