- 1 pie crust
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to your pie crust instructions.
- Prepare the pie crust and bake it as directed.
- In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt over medium heat. Stir constantly until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Slice bananas and layer them in the baked pie crust.
- Pour the thickened mixture over the bananas.
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form, then spread over the pie.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Add more bananas for a fruitier flavor.
- Use a store-bought crust for convenience.
