- 1 package graham crackers
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 apples, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix with 2 cups of milk and whisk until thickened.
- Fold in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until well blended.
- In a 9x13 inch dish, layer the graham crackers on the bottom.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of chopped apples and drizzle some caramel sauce on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, pudding mixture, apples, and caramel sauce.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the apples.
- Make sure to use a good quality caramel sauce for the best taste.
