- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese

- 1 package puff pastry sheets
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture onto each square and fold over to seal.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
