Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until heated through.
- Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, tossing everything together until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
