Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, sour cream, and chicken broth.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Add a layer of tortilla chips on top of the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chips.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add jalapeños or use a spicy taco seasoning.
