- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey and turkey bacon over medium heat until browned.
- Add onions and cook until translucent.
- In a large bowl, mix the turkey mixture with mixed vegetables, hash browns, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to substitute ground turkey with ground beef or chicken.
