- 1 cup almond butter

- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil.
- Stir in the almond butter, cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
