- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar; cut in butter until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8x8 inch pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some extra lemon zest on top before serving.
- Serve chilled for a refreshing dessert.
