Ingredients

  • 2 cups ground chicken
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, grated

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package lumpia wrappers
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, turkey bacon, carrots, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Take a lumpia wrapper and place a tablespoon of the mixture near the corner of the wrapper.
  4. Roll the wrapper tightly and seal the edges with a little water.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the lumpia until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
