Ingredients

- 2 cups ground chicken
- 1 cup turkey bacon, finely chopped
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package lumpia wrappers
- oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, turkey bacon, carrots, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Take a lumpia wrapper and place a tablespoon of the mixture near the corner of the wrapper.
- Roll the wrapper tightly and seal the edges with a little water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the lumpia until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- For added crunch, include some chopped water chestnuts in the filling.
