- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and layer the vegetables and cheese evenly.
- Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

- Feel free to substitute any of the vegetables for your favorites.
