- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup sliced turkey bacon
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 8 slider rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- Add the ground chicken, bell peppers, and onions to the skillet and cook until the chicken is browned.
- Layer the cooked chicken mixture onto the bottom half of the slider rolls.
- Add the turkey bacon on top of the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Place the top half of the slider rolls onto the cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are slightly golden.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some steak seasoning to the chicken mixture before cooking.
