  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
