  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. Sauté the bell peppers, onion, and garlic in the same skillet until soft.
  4. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, cooked vegetables, breadcrumbs, egg, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded provolone cheese.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
