- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Mix well and add shredded cheese and the beaten egg to the mixture.
- Form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add some hot sauce to the mixture.
- These crab bombs can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
