- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 packs chocolate wafers
- 1 cup chocolate shavings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Start layering the chocolate wafers and whipped cream mixture in a rectangular dish.
- Repeat layers, ending with whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle chocolate shavings over the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For a different flavor, try using lemon or vanilla wafers instead.
- Make sure the cake is well-chilled for the best texture.
