- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups onions, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions until caramelized.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme, then sear in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken and layer caramelized onions and turkey bacon on top, then pour beef broth over.
- Top with shredded Swiss cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

- Serve with a side of crusty bread for a complete meal.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and reheated before serving.
