  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups onions, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions until caramelized.
  4. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme, then sear in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove chicken and layer caramelized onions and turkey bacon on top, then pour beef broth over.
  6. Top with shredded Swiss cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
